1.2.8. The Judge should decide to hear the case

    Main tasks and practical skills:

    • The Judge should issue a decision on bringing the case to trial.
    • After the issuance of the decision, the Judge should transfer it to the functional division of the Court and this division shall send it to the litigants and the Procuracy of the same level.
    • Within one month from the date of issuance of the decision, the Court of first instance must open the trial; for a proper reason, the Court may open the trial within two months.
