Main tasks and practical skills:

• Disapprove the protest and uphold the legally enforceable judgment or decision;
• Set aside the legally enforceable judgment or decision (even judgment or decision of first instance) for the purpose of conducting a new trial on the basis of first instance. Noting that under the retrial procedure, the case is not remitted to any court for appellate hearing.
• Set aside the legally enforceable judgment or decision and suspend the proceeding.
