Main tasks and practical skills:
- During the preparation for appellate hearing, the Court of Appeal has the right to request the Procuracy to provide new evidence.
- The Procuracy itself can provides new evidence, the appellant and persons having rights and obligations related to the appeal or protest, defence counsel, or persons protecting rights the litigants have the right to provide documents and items. The delivery and receipt of new evidence, documents and items added by the litigants must be made in writing. The minutes of such delivery and receipt must include signatures of the deliverer, the recipient and be kept in the case file.
- New evidence, documents, and items must be considered and studied along with previous evidence and documents enclosed in the case file.
