8.1.3. The Judge should determine the age for being subject to criminal liability in respect of the “Robbery Offence”

    Main tasks and practical skills:

    Any person of not less than 14 years old and having full capacity for criminal liability shall be subject to criminal liability in respect of the “Robbery Offence” (Item 3 of Article 8, Item 2 of Article 12 and Article 133 of the CrPC).
