1.2. Preparing for hearing


This stage shall include some, but not necessarily all of the following tasks: 

  • Collecting evidence
  • Applying provisional measures
  • Issuing decisions in the preparation for hearing
  • Analyzing and assessing evidence
  • Deciding to bring the case to trial
