1.2.5. Decisions in the preparation for hearing


During the preparation for hearing, the Judge should issue one of the following decisions, depending on the particular case:

  • Recognizing the agreement reached by the litigants (successful conciliation).
  • Temporarily suspending the resolution of the case.
  • Suspending the resolution of the case.
  • Decision on bringing the case to trial.
