Main tasks and practical skills:

• Prior to the interrogation at the trial, the Judge shall ask whether the litigants have reached any agreement on the resolution of the case. The Trial Panel shall issue a decision on recognition of the agreement on the resolution of the case reached by the litigants at the trial, provided that the agreement is voluntary, and not contrary to the laws or social morals (Article 220 of the CPC).
