Main tasks and practical skills:
- The requester and related persons are entitled to lodge an appeal and time limit for an appeal shall be 7 days, from the date of issuance of the decision. In case they are not present at the trial, the time limit for the appeal shall be calculated from the date when they receive the decision or when the decision is listed and pronounced.
- Time limit for the Procuracy of the same level to protest shall be 7 days, time limit for the Procuracy of the upper level shall be 15 days, from the date of issuance of the decision.
- Appellate procedure for a decision on resolution of an appealed or protested civil matter (Article 318 in reference to Article 280 of the CPC) shall be conducted in the same manner as an appellate procedure for a decision of the first instance Court with respect to a civil case.
