4.2. Judges and Assessors of the People’s Courts must ensure objectivity and honesty in conducting their duties
Ensure objectivity when assigned to settle and hear a particular case. When adjudicating the case, the judge must rely on the dossier documents and arguments at the court, not use his or her subjective opinions. Be honest during adjudication and not modify case dossiers; apply any appropriate measures in order to identify the facts of the case in an objective, comprehensive manner.
