2.2.2. Accepting the case where the petitioner has to make advance payment of court fees

    Main tasks and practical skills:

    • Notifying the petitioner they have to make advance payment of court fees (Item 1 of Article 32 of the OPRAC).
    • Explaining to the petitioner the time limit for making advance payment of court fees; and consequences of not making advance payment of court fees.
    • The Court shall accept the case as soon as the petitioner has presented the receipt of advance payment of court fees (the date of acceptance of the case shall be the date when the petitioner presents the receipt of advance payment of court fees).
