Main tasks and practical skills:

• If the Judge finds that the case falls under one of the circumstances as provided in Item 1 of Article 40 of the OPRAC, the Judge should issue a decision on temporary suspension of the resolution of the case.
• If the Judge considers that the reason for temporarily suspending the resolution of the case no longer exists, the Judge shall continue to resolve the case.
