Main tasks and practical skills:

• If the Judge considers that the case falls under one of the circumstances as provided in Item 1 of Article 41 of the OPRAC, the Judge shall issue a decision on the suspension of the resolution of the case.
• If the case falls under one of the circumstances where the petition has to be returned as provided in Article 31 of the OPRAC, the Judge should remove the name of the case from the book of accepted cases and return the petition and attached documents and evidence to the petitioner.
