Main tasks and practical skills: A retrial, persons who attend the retrial, composition of the Panel of rerial; preparation and procedure for the retrial; time limit for the retrial are provided in Article 297 of the CrPC. The retrial shall be conducted in accordance with Articles 280, 280, 281, 282 and 283 of the CrPC and Point dd of Section 1 of this Part. |
