    Main tasks and practical skills:

    • The Judge should complete the decision of retrial within not more than 10 days.
    • The Judge should deliver the decision of retrial to the sector in charge of delivery and sending, as provided in Item 2 of Article 299 of the CrPC.
    • The Judge should deliver the case file to the division in charge of file archives or sending to archives room of a competent body, as provided in Article 300 of the CrPC.
